The New Year's Eve at this hotel was a great experience. The party was well organized, with a lot of food and drinks options on offer. The live music and dance floor added to the festive atmosphere. Being situated near the main market and public transportation hubs was very convenient for exploring the local area. The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained.
I was disappointed that the hotel did not provide complimentary toiletries and had to purchase them at an additional cost. The breakfast spread was limited, and the service was slow.

As a business traveler, I can attest to the convenience of a hotel with a spacious living area to discuss work. a business center and a quiet location are essential features that this hotel provides. the rooms were clean with good air conditioning, comfortable bedding, and hygienic bathrooms. the fast check-in and check-out procedures, polite reception staff, and tasty room service menu were satisfactory in every way. On top of this, the property had a beer and wine parlor, which is perfect for unwinding after long work hours.
The hotel could benefit from having more staff available to provide efficient service and attend to customer needs.

The business center had all the necessary facilities needed for a productive business trip, including a professional meeting room and well-equipped office. the location was excellent, as it was quiet and allowed for uninterrupted work. the spacious rooms were well-maintained and had a nice partition, separating the work area from the sleeping area.
The complimentary breakfast was disappointing and lacked variety. the staff was not very helpful when it came to catering to dietary preferences.
